terms

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms (regulamin) apply to justbuilt.it and to the components and templates offered on it. Paid components are sold through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Please read these terms, and Polar’s terms, before you buy.

Who I am

justbuilt.it is run by Just Built It Justyna Dabrowska, NIP PL5783176403, email justyna@justbuilt.it.

What the site offers

  • Free components and templates, which you can remix into your own Framer project.

  • Paid components, which you buy once through Polar and then remix into your own Framer project.

  • Information about my work and a way to contact me.

To use them you need a current web browser and a free Framer account. Nothing on the site requires you to create an account with me.

Licence

Paid components: each purchase covers one project, meaning one website or product, for yourself or for one client. You can change the component as much as you need within that project. For another project, buy it again.

Free components and templates: you can use them in your own projects and in client work, commercial or not, as part of a larger site. You may not hand them over on their own.

For both: the component is licensed to you, not sold. The licence is personal and cannot be transferred or sublicensed. You may not sell, share or give away the component itself, list it on other marketplaces, use it to make competing components or templates, or present it as your own work. If these rules are broken, the licence ends and all copies must be deleted. The licence comes from me, even though Polar processes the sale.

Buying through Polar

Paid components are sold by Polar Software, Inc. (3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, USA), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. When you buy, your contract of sale is with Polar, and Polar’s checkout buyer terms apply to the payment, VAT or sales tax, invoices and refunds. The licence for the component itself is the one in these terms. Polar shows the final price, including any tax, before you pay.

Delivery

Polar delivers the remix link straight after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. If it does not arrive within one hour, write to justyna@justbuilt.it.

Refunds and withdrawal

Because Polar is the seller, refunds are decided by Polar under its buyer terms and the law. If something is wrong with a component, write to justyna@justbuilt.it first and I will fix it or ask Polar to refund you. For billing questions you can also write to support@polar.sh. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, including any right to withdraw from the purchase under the law of your country.

Complaints

If a component does not work as described, write to justyna@justbuilt.it with what went wrong. I will reply within 3 days and fix it where I can. If it cannot be fixed, I will ask Polar to refund you. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country stay in place.

Liability

Free components and templates are provided as they are. I take care that everything works, but I cannot be responsible for how components are combined with other code in your project. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under the law.

Personal data

How I handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy. Polar handles the details you give at checkout under its own privacy policy.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version applies to purchases made after it is published here. Polish law applies to these terms and the licence; purchases are also governed by Polar’s terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.

These terms apply from 21 October 2026.
